Domestic Shipping: For buyers within India, orders are shipped exclusively through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services to ensure secure delivery.

International Shipping: For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post services only.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Dispatch Timeline: All regular orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 3 to 5 working days from the date of the order and payment confirmation, or as per the specific delivery date agreed upon at the time of order placement.

Delivery Norms: Final delivery timelines are subject to standard courier company or postal authority operational norms.
Important Notice on Shipping Delays: UrbanFaad is dedicated to ensuring timely dispatch. However, we are not legally liable for any delivery delays caused by courier company operations, local routing issues, or postal authority bottlenecks. Our guarantee covers handing over the consignment to our courier or postal partners within the specified 3 to 5 day dispatch window.
3. Delivery Address & Confirmation

Delivery Destination: Delivery of all orders will be made strictly to the shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please ensure your address and contact numbers are accurate to avoid delivery failures or RTO (Return to Origin) fees.
