Thanks for shopping at UrbanFaad. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our guidelines below regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a free exchange.

Timeline: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Requirements: A valid unboxing video is strictly required. Without an unboxing video, damaged products will not be considered for exchange or return.

Process: Logistics (pickup and forward shipping) will be fully managed and paid for by the brand. Your new product will be shipped out once we receive and inspect the incorrect/damaged item.

Duration: The standard exchange process takes 4 to 5 working days.

Note: We do not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.
2. General Exchanges & Returns (Size, Preference, etc.)
If you change your mind about a product, size, or style, we offer exchanges or store credit subject to a nominal logistics fee.

Timeline: Exchange/Return requests must be initiated within 1 day (24 hours) after delivery.

One-Time Policy: We only provide a return or exchange 1 time per order.

Exclusions: Returns and exchanges are not available on customized orders under any circumstances.
Logistics & Charges

Serviceable Pin Codes: A total fee of Rs. 199 applies, which includes the reverse pickup cost (Rs. 110) and forward shipment (Rs. 89).

Non-Serviceable Pin Codes: If your area is not covered by our reverse pickup service, you will be required to self-ship the products back to our warehouse. In this case, you will only be charged Rs. 89 for the forward shipment.

Process: Once your request is approved, you will need to self-ship your order and share the tracking ID with us at urbanfaad@gmail.com.
Store Credits & Processing

Store Credit Only: Returns are only issued in the form of a store credit note sent to your registered email ID (WE DO NOT REFUND).

Validity: Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Duration: General exchange and store credit processing takes 10 to 12 days after the product reaches our warehouse.
Conditions for Rejection
We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if:

The product shows signs of use or wear.

The product is physically damaged by the customer.
3. Shipping, Delivery & Failed Attempts (RTO / RTD)

Delivery Attempts: Our partner shipping company will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.

Incorrect Info: UrbanFaad is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect mobile numbers or address details provided during checkout.

Failed COD/Partial Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or refusal, any partial payment amount made at checkout is non-refundable.

RTO/RTD Fee: An extra Rs. 200 will be deducted/charged in case an item is returned to origin (RTO) or returned to delivery (RTD). The remaining balance from your order will be issued as store credit.
4. Cancellations & Sale Items
Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

However, you can opt to switch to a different product or update your delivery address before dispatch only.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

Partial COD orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch, but the partial advance payment is non-refundable.

Once any order has been dispatched, cancellation is entirely unavailable.
Sale Items

Returns for store credit are not available on SALE items.

However, you are welcome to exchange SALE items for a different size or product.

Warehouse Notice: Please note that returns must be sent to our central warehouse address. This address and shipping guidelines will be provided to you directly once your return/exchange request is formally approved by our team.
